The largest garden in the city offers the most diversity of any flora and fauna in its 250 acres. The Peggy Rockefeller Rose Garden features 230 varieties of roses; the Propagation Range featuring different orchids from Africa, Asia, the Caribbean and the Americas. The only original woodlands left in New York exist here on 40 acres.
