Utsav is a two-storey restaurant in the heart of Times Square. The lower level has a cozy lounge & outdoor dining available. The upstairs main dining room is beautiful and spacious overlooking an open-air plaza through floor to ceiling glass windows. The menu celebrates the subcontinents cuisine by blending Northern & Southern essences and adding some non-traditional twists. The Broadway Special three course pre fixe dinner for $30 that we serve daily from 5:30pm - 7:30pm is now available for $25 from 10:30pm - 11:30pm daily. Dinner is usually from 5:30pm - midnight daily.
