BICE
RESTAURANT
By Somah Persuad
An
Enjoyable Dining Experience: Good Food and Good
Service
Situated in the midst of the hustle and bustle
of Midtown Manhattan, Bice is a Northern Italian
Restaurant whose radiance glistens with sophistication.
The warm ambiance and inviting
decorum is what sets Bice apart from many others.
The authentic interior was designed by the internationally
renowned award-winning designer Adam Tihany. Perhaps
that's why upon entering, a warm, comfortable
feeling arouses within.
Among the thousands of restaurants
located in New York City, why would one pick Bice?
Just two things: which happens to be the criteria
for every enjoyable dining experience; good food
and good service.
Another great thing about Bice
is that the plates are custom-designed by Gianni
Versace. "They reflect and embody not only
Gianni Versace's elegant artistic genius but also
an exuberant love of life fused with his extraordinary
spirit in which it will triumphantly exist forever."
However, it's not always about
the decor, but mostly about the food and Bice has
great food. You will not be disappointed. With classics
like Tuna tartar with capers, red onions, avocado,
assorted greens and a delicious lemon dressing,
it's easy to see why Bice is never quiet.
The polpettine de granchio con
salsa tartara e insalatina verde is divine: Tender,
crispy crab cakes that are gently pan-fried- with
tartar sauce accompanied by a fresh baby green salad.
