Browse through some of the exquisite rare materials and early manuscripts at the beautiful Morgan Library & Museum at no cost on Friday evenings from 7 to 9pm. Originally a private library belonging to the financier Pierpont Morgan the space now hosts resident collections as well as one of a kind exhibitions such as Warhol by the Book, an exhibit dedicated entirely to Warhol’s rarely explored career as a book artist.

TRIBECA FILM FESTIVAL
Be the first to see the Next Big Thing at this beloved annual downtown festival. Catch premiere full length films, short films and documentaries from top filmmakers and up and coming directors often accompanied by Q&A sessions and panel discussions. Also available to explore is the Tribeca Festival Hub, featuring innovative storytelling through virtual reality, interactive installations and more. This year’s festival also celebrates the 40th anniversary of Scorsese’s classic Taxi Driver with a special screening and conversation with Martin Scorsese, Robert De Niro, Jodie Foster, Cybill Shepherd, Michael Phillips, and Paul Schrader.

Northern Spy Food Co hosts Red Hook butchers Fleishers for a weekend long East Village pop-up where for every burger consumed an equal portion of locally sourced, pasture-raised ground beef is donated to Trinity’s Services and Food for the Homeless. Choose from a trio of burgers including the bacon egg and cheeseburger, add a beer and an order of duck fat fries and celebrate America’s beloved classic, which happens to be the most sustainable cut of beef you can eat!
