Until 9PM tonight you can celebrate the grand re-opening of this fantastic gaming paradise at their brand new store. Shop until you drop at the only Nintendo retail location in the world, browse historical Nintendo exhibits, and test games. You’ll even receive a gift for attending the festivities, while supplies last!

MUNCH AND EXPRESSIONISM
Organized by Expressionist scholar Dr. Jill Lloyd and Munch specialist Dr. Reinhold Heller, this huge show is the first of its kind to explore Edvard Munch’s (famous for the iconic The Scream) influence on his German and Austrian contemporaries and their impact on him as well. Featuring 35 paintings and 50 works on paper from a variety of artists, common themes of adolescence, urban anxiety, and self-portraiture will be explored. Admission is free the first Friday of every month from 6 to 8PM!

2016 BEER WEEK
Beer Week 2016 has arrived! The city turns into a beer lover’s heaven for 10 days starting today for New York City Beer Week. With tons of awesome events and tastings there are plenty of opportunities to partake in the celebration and try food and drinks from the over 100 participants from all across the New York area. ATHENA FILM FESTIVAL
Barnard College plays host to the sixth annual Athena Film Festival, a weekend of film and conversation honoring women’s leadership. View documentaries, feature films, and shorts on the subject, partake in engaging discussions, and participate in workshops during this prestigious festival.
