PICASSO SCULPTURE AT MOMA
It’s the final weekend to see this huge survey of Pablo Picasso’s influential sculptures, the first exhibition of its kind in the US in nearly half a century. To celebrate, MoMa will be open for special late hours Saturday and Sunday from 5:30PM to midnight. You have to purchase tickets ahead of time, so get yours now and don’t miss this special opportunity to roam the halls of one of NYC’s coolest museums so late at night!

ACADEMY AWARD-NOMINATED SHORT FILMS AT IFC CENTER
Book tickets for the IFC Center’s annual Academy Award-Nominated Short Films series and show off to all your friends with your knowledge of those categories come February 28th. Playing all of the animated, live-action, and documentary short films nominated this year the series plays through early March with showtimes announced each Monday for the following week.

BRYANT PARK WINTER CARNIVAL
Festivities good for all ages will be happening all weekend long during the second annual Bryant Park Winter Carnival. There will be games like ping pong and ice golf, lessons in curling and juggling, live performances from professional ice-skaters, and an extravagant Ice Ball where participants are invited to dress up in their finest furs and top hats to skate around the rink. The entire carnival ends Saturday night with a huge silent disco!

SUPER BOWL 50
The biggest weekend of the year for some football fans, Super Bowl 50 is upon us this Sunday. There are plenty of bars and restaurants where you can watch the big game but if you’re a die hard fan you might want to try the two official NYC bars for the Denver Broncos and Carolina Panthers. If you bleed orange and blue Mustang Harry’s near Madison Square Garden is where you want to be, and Panthers fans will want to head downtown to the West Village to party at Amity Hall.
